The food was lovely. Real chicken in the burger and bites which you don’t find in many places. Service was absolutely fabulous and the kids meals come with a kinder egg which was a good motivation to get then to eat their food. Thank you x

Absolutely the best burger I've ever had in the U.K!!! Service was 1st class and really excellent value for money.. highly recommend and will be making this our weekly eat-out place!! Had the box meal with bbq chicken wings and loaded fries and the burger was divine with proper melted cheese rather than cheap slices.. I'll never eat Mcd's or Burger King again after finding this place..

Went to burger base cwmbran with my wife and two daughters. We really enjoyed it. The smash burger and loaded fries are absolutely amazing! The kids also really enjoyed their food and they are very fussy. The staff are so friendly and also very helpful when choosing the best deal. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend to others.

This was our first time trying out burger base and I can honestly say it didn't disappoint.. Friendly staff, very clean and tidy The food was amazing and great value for money... They also gave me a money off voucher for the next time we visit.. We will definitely be stopping here again.. 5***

All round great service, price and product. If you want to rid yourself of the bleak fast-food cliche that alot of other places offer, then I would recommend this place everytime. The first visit, I miss read the menu and they were amazing in their response for a replacement meal for my son. The second visit they recognised us and were incredible once more. Friendly and respectful. What more can you ask for in a retail age that lacks true service values. Will always eat here when coming to cwmbran.

My friend and I stopped into Burger Base today for lunch. I totally messed up my order on the kiosk and the staff were so lovely and accommodating! They even double checked with me because I ordered my salad with nothing when I thought I ordered it with everything. Luckily it was fixed and it was one of the best salads I've had since I moved to Wales. It was jammed packed with toppings and so flavourful. I loved it! The smash burger was absolutely delicious and the jalapeno poppers were made with cream cheese which is just the cherry on top of the cake. I will 100% be back and you would be crazy not to check this place out! Great value for money and delightful food.
